Simplivity omnicube internal database failure

Good morning, deployment in a laboratory in a simplicity node, at the end of the installation it shows me the legend "simplivity omnicube internal database failure. call support" does anyone know what it is due to?

Please open a case with the support group for assistance. We require looking into the logs to investigate what might've triggered the alert.

A case was started with HPE, I am waiting for the analysis of the logs

Did anything turn up when they analyzed the logs? Support has been a nightmare so far.
