Upgrading 3.7.3 to 3.7.8 OVC stuck at 99%

Hello everyone,
while we are upgrading it is stuck at 99% here's the remote console capture any recommendation ?

Hi Simon,
We have to look into the logs for this issue.
AHS logs - if any controller or TIA card issue .
Before the OVC upgrade is the firmware on the supported version?
You can share the logs here or would suggest logging a SimpliVity Support case for detailed analysis on the same or simply try to reboot the OVC once if no production on the node currently. Thank you.

Are you receiving any messages in Upgrade Manager? Is it getting stuck at any particular step?
