How can I find out if HPE SN110Q HBA card is compatible with DL360 G11
I am having trouble connecting a DL360 G11 with SN1610Q 32Gb 2p FC HBA card up to an old Brocade 6510 FC switch. The card says it should be backwardly compatible with 8Gb which is what the SFPs are in the switch but there is no connectivity at all between them.
I have a G10 with an older SN110Q 16Gb card in it which I was thinking of tryin in the G11 to resolve the issue but want to know where I can find out if the card is compatible with the G11.
Any other ideas to sort this out would also be appreciated.
Regards

Re: How can I find out if HPE SN110Q HBA card is compatible with DL360 G11
Hello,
yes the 32GB HBA should work with 8GB Switch Port.
The Gen11 Server only supports 32GB FC HBA.
I would check if the Switch Port is not disabled, unlicensed, or configured to a fixed Port Speed.
This Switch also supports 16GB, if you have any 16GB modules lying around, I would try it.
