X520-DA2 Operation Failed

I have a HP DL380 G9 server and X520-DA2 HBA card . 

when ı boot on server . its X520-DA2 boot at the screen  "OPERATION FAILED" writing error message

can your help me this about ?

Hello,

 

1.     Please try to change the Boot Order to the desired option :

https://techlibrary.hpe.com/docs/iss/DL380_Gen9/setup_install/s_change_boot_order.html

2.     Remove the Card and then try to boot the server.
