HPE Brocade web GUI not running

Hi
I have issue with a number of hp brocade San switches ,it was successfully accessible from web GUI and cli but now it become only accessible from cli using putty for example. but when try to open it in web GUI the browser show page can't be display even it was working before and the correct java is used.
And I am trying to open the management from the same client that was successfully working before

I wonder if the http and https need to be enabled on the San switches.

My question how to check if https connection on this brocade .
It is enabled in the level of the switch or on the level of the user?

I have found that using an older version of Java 

like jre-8u66-windows-i586  usually

solves the problem
