Experience with HPE Synergy?

I own a refurbished hardware company.

We just purchased a new boxed Synergy 12000 with 4 gen10 blades (36C, 384GB ram, 40Gb / 16Gb FC) plus composer and interconnects.

I would like to resell this as a unit as opposed to breaking it down for parts.

Can this be used without support or does it have a software / licensing component to it?

And, can it be re-added under support? It is unused but the original warranty has expired; I do not have the contact for the original owner.
