Hi Support Team,

Thanks, i need to identify why this happens and if possible provide Service Manual or CLI Guide to check the status.

The original issue (downlink 27 intermittently disconnecting) is still occurring. We’re also looking into the Q5 uplink port issue at our end but if no fault can be found on the switch or cabling.

The suppot dump is intended for HPE Support to read and analyze.  OneView itself communicates Synergy component status-- the command you are requesting might be to query the RESTapi for status of the interesting components, depending on what you are trying to accomplish.

Typically, determining the root cause of intermittent disconnections requires opening an HPE support case asking if we can determine what is going on from the Synergy perspective.  Downlinks are not directely associated with uplinks though, so it could be an OS driver configuration issue or maybe a protection is being triggered.
