HPE Synergy 12000 Module Vlan Pinging Issue inside Synergy Enclosure with Hyper-V Cluster

We have Synergy Enclosure 12000 module and we are with hyper-V servers with windows 2019 OS on HPE Synergy 480 G10 servers.We configured Hyper-v Cluster with 5 servers and everything was smooth ,but in due course started issues in network Communication.VM A in Host A which is in Vlan A cannot have communication or ping connectivity with VM B in Host B which is also in Vlan A but from outside synergy enclosure users and other servers can ping to VM a & VM B.So for time being we will do live motion from Hyper-v of VM B to Host A and thus both VM A & VM B in same host which are in same vlan ,then the connectivity is fine .Each Hyper-V host are in a single cluster and they have got seperate Mac Address pool.This is related to ARP cache issue?If so anything to clear the arp cache from console tools?This is very visible when one app servers in one host and db on other if they cannot talk each other service is down eventough you can ping both from outside synergy.Kindly help to solve the issue .We are with 6.6 frmware for composer and jan 2022 spp version

Thanks for the doc .We followed the same for configuring .But now to troubleshoot , we need to access the Virtual Switch of Synergy (Interconnect) .Is there any way to reset the credentials for accessing interconnect using putty console ?I saw the video in this forum to access interconnect and there is so much we can do using the connection to interconnect.We are new to Synergy.We can login to Oneview and can connect using same credentials to console using putty.But we are not able to connect to interconnect ,seems its looking for different credentials to access interconnect.Is there any way to reset the credentials On one view there is an option to configure read only access CLI Access ..using the same could we reset ?and also once connected we need to see trunk port configuration and also to clear arp cache .Is that possible?

We are still stuck with ping issues and surviving with workaround .Thanks for all documents but nothig helped.We raised the issue with Partner so that will be escalated to HPE.Its the problem inside synergy enclosure not outside synergy.Outside synergy everything working and we can have the network communication
