HPE Synergy with +3par + VMware Vsphere Centre (composable data centre)

Dears

I have the folwwing Scenario to deploy for two data Centres for my It company my company is located in Iraq and HPE installation is excluded from my country  and I have to figure this out by my self.

Data center 1:

• Servers (Senergy) 12000 frame QTy 2 with (HPE Synergy 480 Gen10 Configure-to-order Premium Compute Module QTy 10 for each frame)
• Mgmt TPM (HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen10 8SFF Configure-to-order Server)
• Vmware
• HPE PDU
• Storages (- 3PAR 8000 Storage for 1Datacenter + Support + Installation and Startup services)

Data center 2:

• STOREONCE (Virtual Tape Library) and MEDIA SERVERS
• HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 8SFF Configure-to-order Server( for media server)

I have some basic information into how to deploy the systems so any documintaions that would help me perfom this i dont know were to start! see the attached file.
