Problem to install new Synergy 480 Gen10 - Unmanaged Unconfigured
Hello everybody,
I have a problem to install new Synergy 480 Gen10 into my Synergy environment.

Server name not set
State Unmanaged Unconfigured
Server profile none
Server power Off
Model Synergy 480 Gen10
Operating system unknown
-----------
I have tried to reset ILO Refresh server and I have still the same error:
----------
Unable to inventory the network adapters.
Unable to discover server XXXXXXXX port mapping information.
Unable to access a required resource on the server.
----------
When I logged into ILO status for this server is like below:
It's a problem with my network adapter???:

I can't using SPP iso but I can do that using:
ilorest flashfwpkg <file_name.fwpkg> --url <iLO5_IP_Address> -u <iLO5_username> -p <iLO5_password>

Like I posted few minutes ago I can upgrade firmware but if I need to have updated them i must boot (power on) server but still I can't:

Hello,
In the screenshot above, I see it shows the server health is failed. Can you identify the cause for that? To address the error regarding the port mapping on the NIC I would log into the iLO and select System Information -> Device Inventory and select Discover. On that page you should select to perform the MCTP Factory Reset. However, it is possible that whatever is resulting in the server health being failed could be resulting in this problem as well. I would make sure that, likely, hardware problem is addressed as that may address the problem with the NIC.

I did:
- iLO and select System Information -> Device Inventory and select Discover
- MCTP Factory Reset
Unfortunately without success.
In my opinion I have a problem with Network Adapter --> Synergy 3820C 10/20Gb CNA.
