Synergy frame- VC module upgrade to HPE Virtual Connect SE 32Gb Fibre Channel Module
Hello,
Planning to upgrade the Virtual Connect module from Virtual Connect SE 16Gb FC Module to HPE Virtual Connect SE 32Gb Fibre Channel Module for Synergy on the production frame.
Kindly share the upgrade procedure and any prerequisite documentation if available.

To upgrade from the HPE Virtual Connect SE 16Gb Fibre Channel Module to the HPE Virtual Connect SE 32Gb Fibre Channel Module for HPE Synergy, we recommend logging a support ticket with HPE. This allows us to validate OneView and firmware compatibility and assist you with the upgrade activity.
Follow these key steps and considerations:

Verify the compatibility of the Synergy frame and compute modules with the 32Gb FC module.

Ensure that your HPE OneView and Synergy Composer software are updated to versions that support the 32Gb FC module.

Back up current configurations and document existing SAN connectivity.
