HPE MSA SAS SAN
We have a few clients on vSPhere with 2 to 3 ESXi hosts conencted via SAS to MSA 2050/2060 SAN's.
Lookig to re-use the hardware here and replace with HPE VM Essentials.
1. When is Office MSA Support comming to VME?
2. Is the SAS Model going to be support since this is the IDEAL SMB entry system.
3. Is VME going to support 2 Host Cluster with Shared storage like jsut a MSA SAN?

Re: HPE MSA SAS SAN
We can't talk publicly about roadmaps so I'd say keep your eyes on the compatibilty matrix that I talked about in my post on LinkedIn, Essentials for HPE VM Essentials. But you can bet that the HPE portfolio of storage and servers is our highest priority.
WRT to 2 host cluster: we use GFS2 for shared block storage and that needs to be a third node for quorum. You can use two nodes with NFS but with block storage, there has to be at least 3 nodes.

Re: HPE MSA SAS SAN
Adding to the previous reply, you can always check the Copmatibility Matrix in our Support Center to see which configurations have been qualified:
HPE VM Essentials Software Compatibility Matrix
For the sake of completeness, MSA should work at least with FC and iSCSI so it would be possible to use it as external storage (as stated, provided you have three hosts) for testing, but I'd never recommend using a non-qualified configuration in a production environment
