Support options for HPE VME
The HPE VME is socket based subscription, what are the 1/3/5 years options actually about? Is it just software updates and support or is the RTU tied with this subscription? What happens if the subscription is not renewed, say after 1/3/5 year? Will the VME stop working in the Host or just the suppport / updates will stop?
Just asking a lame question as I could not answer this to my customer properly .

Re: Support options for HPE VME
HPE VM Essentials requires a valid license for provisioning new Instances, Apps and Hosts, and converting existing
Instances and Hosts to managed.
Once the License expires, users will no longer be able to provision new Instances,
Apps, Hosts, or Bare Metal, or convert existing Hosts, Virtual Machines, or Bare Metal to managed. Morpheus
will otherwise continue to function.
The support will follow based on active subscription of the product.
