Backup/Restore/Update fail after Upgrade MySql

So update mySql from 5.5 to 5.6 to get past the latest platform patch update. But of course new path names - fixed the path env variable and some other stuff, but the scripts still fail not finding mysql exe - unrecognxied command.

I can copy the command and it runs on cmd line.

Does Imc have its own path variables or conf file? I looked at a bunch of them and can't find it
