Configurare switches non HP (HUAWEI) in IMC (Intelligent Management Center)

Salve, avrei la necessità di configurare switch HUAWEI (nel mio caso S5720) in IMC.

I parametri SNMP sono corretti, ma non riesco a gestire i backup, la configurazione delle porte e le vlan.

Hi Matteo,

IMC uses  .tcl scripts & SNMP to run backups and make configuration changes.

If the switch is not currently supported, you will need to add the SNMP OID and MIB information to IMC.

You will also need to copy and modify the "adapter" scripts to match your switches. The scripts are located in the  <Install Dir>\iMC\server\conf\adapters directory.

Search the posts on this board - there are several on how to do this, plus some sites on the web. I've made some myself, and it is somewhat easy but a bit frustrating at first.

Also when you get it all working, SAVE copies to a safe location. Any update to IMC will possibly overwrite some or all of your changes, when HP adds new devices.
