CPU issue

Hello,

i got HP 5900-AF-48XG-4QSFP switch till last month we where able to see the Performance Monitor graph suddenty it stop working now i am not able to see any graph percentage under Monitored Value.

what can be the issue?

Are you monitoring the switch with IMC?

no we use PRTG to monitor but unforfunatly PRTG is not proving CPU/memory data so we thought to feltch the report from iMC.

Did you check that SNMP access is correct in IMC? Select the device in Device View or IP View and select More -> Check Access Settings

SNMP parameters are perfect.....

Did you try to delete and re-add the switch in IMC?

i tried to refresh monitor instance and stop monitor and tried to restart again it works :-)
