Does the MAC address of IMC machine changes when IMC residing machine ..?

We have a machine with IMC installed. when we use the same in different machines does the MAC address changes.?

Yes, you will need to move the license registration to the new MAC. You can't run the same license on multiple serviers. You can install IMC on multiple server but you will need multiple licenses. However you should never run multiple IMC servers in the same network.
