Error using Reports
Hello,
After uggrading from version 7.2 to 7.3
Management Platform (JG747AAE) iMC PLAT 7.3 (E0705P02)
Reports doesnt seems to be working anymore.
Every reports give this error message:
Error
Unknown Error.!
Null
Any idea of what is going on ?
I'm on trial, usure if I can have help with that ?

Hello Yan,
To open a case with support you will need to have a valid contract for technical support for iMC.
If you are upgrading from 7.2 to 7.3 have you checked the Installation prerequisits for the database. SQL 2008R2 is no longer supported with E0705 version , may cause such problems .
Otherwise you could check if report db is not full (in DMA) or healty with SSMS or logs
I would check the foreground.log ,after reproducing the issue ,It is located in iMC/client/log folder also for db conection issues in dma.log and dms.log in iMC./deploy folder.

The pre-requisite was checked and everything was fine.
For the log this is a little hard for me to understand. I'm in progress for having a license so I will open a work ticket after that
