How to add device Additional Information field data to alarm message?

Hi,

We would need to send alarm messages from IMC to our ITSM (ticketing system). Our plan is to  send the alarms from IMC to ITSM using snmp traps.

To make the alarm processing faster we would also need to automatically match alarm message to specific device card (which has the information about device location etc.).

We have created Append information field which has the device card id and we would like to add that information to alarm trap.

Has anyone done this and is it possible? Is it possible to do this using email alarming?
