HP IMC 7.1 problem when importing switch firmware.

HP IMC 7.1 problem when importing switch firmware.

Problem:

Any firmwares that I try to import into HP IMC 7.1 (E0303P13) fail with the message ASN.1 decoding error.

Anyone ever saw this?
