IF/THEN CONDITION IN IMC
Just wondered if possible to set this in IMC
IF device A connected to a switch stops responding to pings THEN push preconfigured script to that switch

the intelligent policy center under services should allow you to do that if you can detect it from a trap.
IMC generates some traps as well that might be used..
Once an event is detected, you can execute a check task (among other actions) - see compliance center - which can then push commands to a switch
