IMC Backup No Longer Works After Installing HP Patch To Fix Bug In NTA Module

We use IMC 7.2 .

About 3 months ago we installed a plug in module called NTA. (Network Traffic Analyser)

This NTA plug in had a bug in it where a red triangle appears at the top left of the IMC login screen.

Two months later, HPE fixed that bug with a patch and the red triangle no longer appears.

Now, however two of our devices no longer back up since the day the patch was installed.

The patch name was: IMC_Plat_7.2_E0403P06_Win.zip

Maybe someone here has run into this issue?

Otherwise it is logging another case to HPE and waiting. It looks like the patch has overwritten some configuration that it should not have done.

If you provided some relevant details such as the device types that are failing, the error messages, and the imccfgbakdm log files, then someone could probably offer suggestions. You can probably figure it out yourself too. The device adapters are just text files, and usually pretty easy to follow.
