IMC IP/MAC real-time locator not retriving port from LANs that have Cisco core switches.

Hi.

IMC ver 7.3 E0605P04. Real-time locator do not retrive access port of well known IP or MAC from LANs were Cisco is used as core. Almost all access switches are HP Procurve.
On the LANs with HP core this works perfect.

"Show SNMP context" in core lists all vlans that exist.

Need advice what to check more or if this is a limitation...

Found it.  IMC isn't supporting Real-time locator on non HP devices per default. You need to got to System settings and enable "Realtaime Location Extension". /Conny
