IMC screen view for 24 hrs
Hello,
Hope everyone are doing well!
I couldn't be able to find any settings to increase the application logging off in the IMC tool.
Do let me know, if anyone can help us to increase the logout timing of the tool.
Regards,
Ranjitha S

Re: IMC screen view for 24 hrs
Hello,
You can change the operator idle timeout under System > System Configuration > System Settings with the first option on the list: Operator Idle Timeout (1-9999999 minutes). You can also set the timeout individually for an operator by going to Operator Management > Operator and clicking Modify on the respective operator, then changing the
Idle Timeout (Minutes) from "Same as System Settings" to "Configure Individually".
