IMC V5 NTA not receiving traffic.

IMC V5 NTA not receiving traffic.

After upgrading to IMC v5, NTA will not receive traffic.  It worked fine, just before the upgrade, now I get nothing.

 

Any ideas?

delete or copy all the xml files out of the directory and it will rebuild them.  This is a bug that China support helped me with.

What if NTA only detect In traffic on Application but no data on Out?

May i know in which directory should i delete the xml files?
