Move backup from Linux to Windows?

Is it possible to backup IMC from an installation on Red Hat with MySQL and restore it to a Windows Server with MS-SQL?

My guess is that it's unlikely. You _might_ be able to get it work, but it will be complicated. You might be able to go from Linux + MySQL to Windows + MySQL. Going to Windows + MS-SQL might be a bridge too far.
