Some of the Cisco Routers and Switches are not displayed in Service >QoS Device page

Hi,

We have a client where we are implementing IMC 7.1 Enterprise version with QoS Manager Module.

we are not able to see some of the Cisco Routers and Switches in QoS Device under QoS module.

the Router Models include Cisco 3845, 3725, 2911 and some others.

These Devices are enabled with SNMP and everything is Functional. but we cant see them in Qos Device page.

the client has Cisco 2811 Router with IOS version 12.4 which can be seen unde Qos Device but other Router 2911 with the same IOS class cant be seen.

has any One has faced Similar issue anytime?
