Submit New Case in hpesc portal
Hi Team,
As we need to use www.hpe.com/support/hpesc. to log a case going forward from May 2nd. I have set up my profile by adding the SAIDs and SAR that we support.
But , from the Case drop down menu , i'm not seeing any link to open a new case or submit a new case.
Please let us know.

I'm only another HP / HPE Customer, but I believe that you're looking for the "Submit a case" web page - https://h20565.www2.hpe.com/portal/site/hpsc/scm/submitCase - that is available in the "Support Case Manager" - https://h20565.www2.hpe.com/portal/site/hpsc/public/scm/home - of the "Hewlett Packard Enterprise Support Center" - https://h20565.www2.hpe.com/portal/site/hpsc/public
