Hello IMC Admins,
I would like to generate a Syslog to Alarm rule which was working fine in Version E0605. On a new system starting with E0705P02 I am not able to get any "Syslog to Alarm". Here is my config:
Syslog is arriving:
But I don't get any Trap. I set the imcsyslogdm to debugging and this is my output:
2020-03-10 10:43:13.098 [DEBUG (0)] [THREAD(10368)] CGeneralRuleManager::process No rule matched with syslog Digest=[],Content=[<14>Mar 10 10:43:09 192.9.201.120 00574 chassis: Ports PoE usage is below threshold of 80 %.]
On my working system running E0605 I am getting the following output:
2020-03-10 10:29:47.333 [DEBUG (0)] [THREAD(7188)] [CSyslogFilterManager::filter] receive msg: 10.1.17.2,<12>Mar 10 10:29:46 10.1.17.2 00572 chassis: Ports PoE usage has exceeded threshold of 1 %.
2020-03-10 10:29:47.577 [DEBUG (0)] [THREAD(6928)] [CSyslogDBWriter::svc]Time for loop
2020-03-10 10:29:47.586 [DEBUG (0)] [THREAD(6560)] [CGeneralRuleManager::send_trap()] send syslog trap, faultdmip = 127.0.0.1.
2020-03-10 10:29:47.587 [DEBUG (0)] [THREAD(6560)] CGeneralRuleManager::send_trap(), 1.3.6.1.4.1.25506.4.2.8.2.0.20.
Is anyone aware of changes in E0705P02?
Best Regards,
Michael
