upgrade from imc 7.1 to 7.2

I'm trying to upgarde from 7.1 to 7.2.

the install reaches the choose targer folder , shows a message "the common components are being upgraded"

and closes.

nothing is upgraded

what am i doing wrong?

Check in the deployment agent the deployed components. Sometimes they waiting for upgrade.

could you please have a look at:

c:\Windows\iMC-Reserverd\logs

here you should see the install.timestamp.log and the update......log

this should tell you if there is any error

During the Upgrade, the DMA is also updated, thats why the DMA window vanishes, but normally you should see after a short time, a new popup which tells you, that java is updated, copying files etc) or an error message
