Upgrade IMC7.2 to 7.3 Error (CentOS6.1)

Hi guy,

  I'm upgrade IMC version7.2 to 7.3 on Centos 6.1 .But error isue components ,such iMC plate form-vlan management (iMC PLAT7.3 E0705) description "do not install (component does not support upgrade from current installed component. Please see the release notes for detila.)"

iMC plate form-Network Asset management (iMC PLAT7.3 E0705) description "do not install (component does not support upgrade from current installed component. Please see the release notes for detila.)"

iMC plate form-ACL (iMC PLAT7.3 E0705) description "do not install (component does not support upgrade from current installed component. Please see the release notes for detila.)"

iMC plate form-VXLAN(iMC PLAT7.3 E0705) description "do not install (component does not support upgrade from current installed component. Please see the release notes for detila.)"

iMC plate form-Virtual resource managment (iMC PLAT7.3 E0705) description "do not install (component does not support upgrade from current installed component. Please see the release notes for detila.)"

I would appreciate some urgent help.

Hello,

There are two issues that will be preventing you from upgrading here:

1) iMC 7.3 E0705 does not support upgrading directly from 7.2 versions. Incremental upgrades from 7.2 are required, eg. from 7.2 E0403 -> 7.3 E0506 -> 7.3 E0605 -> 7.3 E0705. Details about this are on the first page in each of the Release Notes:

"This version can be installed standalone or upgraded from only IMC PLAT 7.3 (E0605) and its patches, IMC PLAT 7.3 (E0703) and its patches."

2) You are running CentOS 6.1 which is outdated and not supported by iMC 7.3 E0705. You would need to perform a migration according to the steps in the iMC Linux Migration Guide, included in the 'manual' folder of the 7.3 E0705 download.
