HPE Infosight Log Analysis Stuck in Analyzing state for over 24 hours

I uploaded a 175 MB ahs file yesteryday, and it's stil has a status of "Analyzing" today. I don't see a way for me to cancel the analysis job so that I can upload addition files ( I have 2 more ) for analysis.

Is there someone from HPE who can cancel the "stuck" analysis job?

That link has nothing to do with my issue since it doesn't show how to cancel log analysis.

It's been analyzing the AHS log for a week now. Is there no way to stop it?  I cannot upload any more AHS files until I can get the log out of the parsing phase.
