HPE infosight not working since last 4 days

Hi HPE team from last few day i am not able to upload logs on HPE infosight.  its show blank in logs .. Screenshot 2024-11-16 184837.png

Thanks for the link. A shame. I can’t diagnose the fault on my gen8 server without it so… guess my server days are over.

Old HPE is such a cocktail of misery and delight.

this solution is not working. it look there is problem with HPE web site .. 

also my previous uploaded logs not show....

The ‘problem” is EOL as discussed higher in the thread sadly. We’re dead.

I think HPE is not intrested to resolve the customer issue ... 

first they discontinue Insight Diagnostics Online Edition from Gen 10 servers. 

For AHS logs we only depend on HPE online logs utility.

On 26 November 2024 

Received update from HPE that 

"discontinuation of InfoSight for Servers the microapp has been removed from the InfoSight Portal.  As part of this the ability to upload and analyze AHS logs has also been removed." 

now in this case all the HPE user totaly denends on HPE. this  type solution is not accepted from HPE.  atlist HPE need to provide basic tools to collect logs from Operating system. 

for every incident user need to log case with HPE.
