banwidth consumed by ISEE VPN Connections

Customer is requesting to know how much bandwidth is consume when a ISEE VPN connections is established between HP and them.

does someone know about it ???

Is it possible to test this by copying fixed size files through the VPN and monitoring the bandwidth usage.

As I understand this, the VPN consumes no bandwidth when it is idle, and will take whatever it can get when it is in use. Some customers might want to enable throttling if they have limited bandwidth to start with.
