The latest release of Insight Remote Support 7.9 CLU 2 features remote support enablement for the following products:

Servers:

• HPE Superdome Flex w/SLES 15  

 Storage:

• HPE StoreFabric SN6610C 32Gb Fiber Channel switch
• HPE StoreOnce 5200*
• HPE StoreOnce VSA*
  * STaTS Direct Connect only; not enabled for I-RS

 Networking:

• HPE Altoline 9960
  (Fan monitoring only – requires Cumulus v3.6.2 or greater)

 Converged Systems:

• HPE ConvergedSystem 300 for Microsoft Analytics Platform System (APS) Gen 10
• HPE Converged Systems 750 - Support Automation Remote Support
  • HPE I-RS supported devices within the Converged Systems 750:
    • HPE FlexFabric 5940 48SFP+ 6QSFP+ Switch
    • HPE 5900AF-48G-4XG-2QSFP+
    • HPE StoreFabric B-Series
  • HPE OneView supported devices in the HPE Converged Systems 750:
    • HPE Synergy Stack
    • HPE DL360 Gen10
  • The following CS750 internal devices are not enabled for HPE Insight RS or OneView Remote Support:
    • Arista networking
    • Cisco Nexus networking
    • Nimble storage
  • Note: HPE 3Par Storage Support within the HPE Converged Systems 750 is provided through STaTS Direct Connect

 Access the Insight Remote Support Software Manager to update to this latest release from an earlier 7.9x version, or visit Software Depot to install the full 7.9 package.
