Change the default locations for configuration files, database files, and log files

Can we change the default locations for configuration files, database files, and log files after the application is online?

Due to storgae utilization, i need to change the default folder location for below mentioned directories.


Data Directory    : C:\ProgramData\HP\RS\DATA\
Config Directory  : C:\ProgramData\HP\RS\CONFIG\
Log Directory     : C:\ProgramData\HP\RS\LOG\
Version : 7.8.0.0035
