Re: CL_ERROR_NETWORK
Hello,
SPOP should be installed and configured by HP only, they should bring a Windows NT based platform and install it at your site.
All clients will communicate to HP via the SPOP Windows NT platform.

Hope this help!

Re: CL_ERROR_NETWORK
Hello,
did you recieve any errors during installation? Did you recieve the installation incidents from the SPOP? Did the registation of the SPOP and the client install work? Are any client installed? Are you able to send events from the clients can you see then in you motive insight? Are they tranported to HP?
Lots of questions, I know, but without knowing more about the installation, it is hard to say what caused an error, especially with the AC.
Regards
Frauke
