Contract and Warranty for countries outside the US

We've gotten the Contract and Warranty working for our SIM server and we've successfully entitled several machines. When I try and entitle servers outside the US it comes back as Not Available. Will Contract and Warranty work for servers outside the US?

Ours does and we're in NZ. Can't get much further away!
I guess it's going to depend on where the contract for the servers is held.

Here is what I put in for one of our servers in the Bahamas. It comes back with a Not Available when I run the entitlement

Site Name: MHH52
Address 1: Winding Bay
Address 2: PO Box AB20571
City: Marsh Harbor
State or province: Abaco

I chose country as Bahamans and the time as GMT - 5:00.

I'm wondering if the format is different for foreign countries. Maybe State or province isn't Abaco but something else.

Do you actually specify the contry in the system properties or leave it unassigned? I have to manually do this for each piece of equipment (I'm in Canada) else I can't get them entitled. Maybe not setting it at all defaults to the US.

I am specifying the country in the system properties instead of the default or the US. I also tried the US and it didn't work either. I'll try using the default and see what happened.
