Contract and Warranty infomation - HP SIM 5.1

Hi all, cannot get my SIM to show Contract and Warranty information, even though everything seems to be setup correctly. The information is showing up in the entitlement list under Options\Remote Support Configuration and Services although getting a red cross for all my servers for the Remote Support column. Called HP and they said that HP SIM 5.1 does not work correctly with Remote Support??
Can anybody offer any advice? Thank you!

HP SIM5.1 and HPSIM 5.2.02 are not supported any longer with contract data collection

If you want to have this working, upgrade your HP SIM to 5.3.0 at least including RSSWM and Remote Support CLient
