DESTA service causes 100% CPU use.

I have an issue on a Proliant Server with WEBES and IRSS installed,the DESTA service seems to increase the CPU use up to 100% and stay there,causing the server to slow down extremly.
Can anyone help me on this matter..?

1. Verify your windows event log of the server running WEBES. If you have a situation there you get a lot of log entries the log file parser of WEBES could be the problem.

2. A second source could be the firewall settings. I saw once a WEBES turning like crazy because he tried to connect to the discovered devices.

3. Do you have enough memory in the server?
Check the paging behavior of the system.
