Difficulty Updating Data Center URLs in Insight Remote Support

I'm attempting to update the URLs for our data centers in Insight Remote Support, as we've recently made some changes to our network infrastructure. However, whenever I try to input the new URLs in the settings, the changes don't seem to take effect. I've double-checked that the  Work Time schedules, Competitive Starting Pay, hr Direct Services URLs are correct and accessible, and I've even tried clearing cache and cookies, but no luck so far. Has anyone else faced a similar issue or could offer some guidance on how to tackle this problem?
