Entitlement fails

In RSP A.05.20 and SIM, trying to entitle an eva. It discovers the eva, we put the customer entered serial number and click entitle and it comes back with this in the little triange warning box (instead of green cirle with white checkmark): entitlement service connection failed. Anyone seen this before?

Hi Alice,

For all devices enter always the serial number AND the product number and add the countrx code.
