EVA entitlement with newer 10 character serial numbers

Is there a problem with ISEE entitlement and the newer 10 character EVA serial numbers?

Use a serial number of G8804225YX, the customer gets an email Subject: Entitlement failed - contract not found

Use a serial number of G309JWKL2116, no such failure

Hi Henry,

problem you have is connected with the wrong S/N.

I have checked in warranty database and found that your S/N is the most probably
GB804225YX, not G88...

I had a chance in the past few weeks to work with couple EVAs and all of them have S/N with GB as two first letters.
