Hi all,

Just 2 questions :

1/ Why the HP Support Assistant does not see the new install of new BIOS Upudate Flashing (nov 2020) is not compatible with my laptop after after its check and it ask me to do ?

2/ When the BIOS flashing fail after many try, the previous BIOS state is recovered. It's à luck ! But why the HP Support Assitant ask again the same BIOS Update when I come back under windows ?

I think you shhould to see that closer and without late

It's borring to lost time to do an operation that will avorted, without the fear about the many reaboots of the machine. Just afraid that we'll never see WIndows.
