HP SIM 5.3 SP1 with RSA 0530 with Webes 5.5 SP1

I have installed HP SI 5.3 SP1 with Webes 5.5 SP1.

When i have one incident nothing talk me from HP.

Anyone knows if i have to do anything a internal HP ???? O have to put an adress electronic for send incidents ??? what is the adress electronic ????

I have no notification when i have a test event.

Where i can view what is ocurrs ? In logs in what directories ?
