HP SIM, IRS and CV EVA

Just wanted to share my experience with folks here hopefully it may help you.

Three servers (Windows 2003 R2/SP2)

Server A: CMS. Installed HP Insight Remote Support Standard, phone-home service.
Server B: CV server. Installed Command View EVA 9.1
Server C: HP SIM 5.3 server. This is a virtual server so there is no phone-home service.

Server C and Server A are monitoring Server B (SAN EVA4000).

On Server B, having installed CV9.1, I have installed ELMC2.6. It took me quite a while to learn that there is no need to install WEBES5.6 on Server B in my case. The WEBES5.6 installation failed on this server anyways.
