HPE 通報サービス(リモートサポート)設定に関して
HPE 通報サービス(リモートサポート)を設定に関してですが
Insight Remote Support
7.14.0.0563
上記をインストールを行い接続設定を試みたのですが
Insight Remote Support内=>管理者設定=>バージョン管理
にて更新プログラム確認を行い
Update Data center URLs 7.14.0.563
上記が表示されているのですが
インストール失敗でエラーになります。
その為、
The current SWM URLs are non-production. No URL changes have been made.
上記エラーになり接続出来ません。
どの様に解決したら良いか教えて頂くとこは可能でしょうか?

Hi,
The firewall settings between the Hosting Device and the monitored devices must be opened.
Prior to installing a new version of Insight RS, make sure the firewall or proxy rules permit communication to api.support.hpe.com over port 443. To test connectivity, go to https://api.support.hpe.com/v1/healthcheck/healthcheck.aspx and verify a response of OK.
Please follow the Upgrade overview and preparation.

I'm getting the same message from Insight RS, calling the healthcheck.url on the host gives the answer "OK" ... but installing the new URLs fails :-(.
Following your link to "Upgrade overview and preparation" just leads me to an error 502 on support.hpe.com
