HPE IRS Default Locations

Can default locations be updated on a HPE IRS 7.11.0.0173 install ? 

I see default locations can be set during install per:

On page 27/79. 

We keep having issues with C:\ filling up and I would like to move "C:\ProgramData\HP\RS\DATA\" to "F:\ProgramData\HP\RS\DATA\" so the system running IRS does not crash.

I would prefer to avoid re-installing IRS but so far have not found away to change the default location for data and database program files.
