invalid product number when using C&W but its not invalid
When using contract and warranty to check P4500G2 units HP sim comes back with
HP SIM received an error from the back-end contract and warranty service at hp.com, additional details are below.
Product number was not found: 592104-001
But if i rilo into the units thats the product number clearly specified on the rilo page, anyone got any ideas on this ? HP sim 6 this is

I would ask my hw vendor for the correct product number and serial number combination.
If you know all your details about the product. You can search the HP P4500 quickspec and try to compare the different configuration to find the correct PN.
I guess you have more than one node and you can extract the correct PN from an other node.
The correct PN serial number can be entered in the system properties page (customer entered SN/PN) of the system inside HP SIM.
If you are not sure that your vendor gave you the right information check it first your self in the www.itrc.hp.com warranty check page.
Don't forget that you have also support for your IRSA if your hardware is under warranty or service contract.

I tracked these down from somewhere, I forget where. Try putting these product numbers in where applicable.
