IRS/Insight Online Reports

Is there a way to pull a report from either IRS dashboard or Insight Online with all call homes/service calls issued by the IRS server.  I was not able to find anything and not sure it theres something I can use to perform this action?

Jarod,

We cannot make a report of service event/call home event either from IRS nor from Insight online.

however, in IRS "Service Event" page will have all details about auto case logged, case ID and status of the case.

Insight Online portal also will have auto case logged details.
